Slowest service ever, food took forever with no one in the place hardly, with the most rude and condescending waitress ever. The waitress was more interested in talking to a male waiter standing around which she did most of the time we were there than keeping our table supplied with drinks refills. Or bringing out salads until the main food got there. Just really really bad.

I visited for the first time. And I love the food. The only thing I didn't feel comfortable was a young boy did not give good service because I was a person of color. I was with somebody else that is not color and the young boy ask him all the time if he needed anything else, but not me. I forgive him, his ignorance make him loose my tips. 😄😄😄

I felt a bit rushed to order, but waitress was very kind. I had to ask for clean silverware. The salad was listed as 'greens' but was just lettuce. I got grilled chicken, but it was obviously 'pressed' on a flat grill next to a piece of sausage. One piece was ok, but the other was undercooked. I had to spit it out. The brocolli on the other hand was overcooked, but still tasted ok. The coffee was good and I had a hot fudge sundae. The ice cream was great, but the whipped cream was so so, and the hot fudge was runny. At the end, the waitress interrupted me to say goodbye when I was writing this. She could easily have swung back around as I had hardly touched my sunday. Overall, I will stick to Frisch's.

I had a terrible experience yesterday. I called at 9:30 am and placed a pick up order for two 8 person family meals to be picked up at 1:15 pm. At 1:00 pm the manager (female) called me and told me the turkey in my order would be served cold. I asked if she could heat it up and she said yes and the called ended. She called immediately back and said my order would not be ready until 2:00pm

I love this location! The best customer service I've ever seen! Can get busy on the weekends, but they have plenty of space and I've never felt overcrowded here. I've never had to wait too long! I love that they greet you as soon as you walk in, and your waitress is with you 2 minutes or less after you are seated! A little pricey, but totally worth it! Food quality is top notch, and I've never had to send anything back! The decor gives you a comfortable down home feeling that's well lit! They serve Coke products here, as well as all day breakfast. Their lunch and dinners are mouthwatering as well! I would recommend this restaurant to my family and friends!

Was seated quickly. Waitress was VERY good. I think this was the best service ever. Received food at perfect time. Didn't have to wait as long as we used to for the food to arrive. I'd give 5 stars and 10👍.

The waitress was staying very busy. Had no issue with her. The problem was 3 other people standing around with arms crossed while my pancakes soaked up the 1 ounce of syrup they give you. I only got the initial glass of tea, finished my main course without anything to drink. I feel that this is a management issue. He/ she should stay on top of this. 😡😡😡😡

I ordered a dinner entre online, the website said it would be ready at 7:55pm (35 minutes from when I placed the order). I arrived to pick up my food at 7:55pm and was told my food wouldn't be done for another 25-35 minutes! RIDICULOUS. Also, the last time I ate here I ordered the pot roast dinner entre and barely got any food, which is crazy for the price that you pay. This place is awful, in my opinion. Won't be back.

Wife granddaughter and I went to hilboro location found out that use microwave to reheat a lot of there food ours came out cold or uncooked all together potatoes soup cold , corrects uncooked good not get a fork in them, pot roast and mash potatoes loop warm at best , wife had chicken and noodles loop warm changed rolles to something different there nasty , waitresses said she was sorry but the microwave was not working right what happened to cooking right there fresh and hot food never again . Bob hased to be rolling over in his grave noing they took a good restaurant and turned it into that.

This is a run of the mill Bob Evan's. It was slow at 5 on Sunday evening when we went in. We were seated quickly. The staff was a little young, but not a problem. For example, our hostess wanted to seat two high chair sitters (2 1/2 and 9 months) next to each other instead of one each next to a parent. Not a big deal, but something that training could prevent. A young non parent wouldn't think of that. Our waitress shared it was her third day serving and wasn't fully up to speed on the menu and the options for substitutions. Again perhaps a training issue. My meal and our 2 1/2 year olds was perfect. My wife's not right, but only slightly off. Our waitress was kind and attentive, and with more experience will do great. Just needs to catch wrong orders and keep working at it. All in all the meal was good. Nothing over the top and nothing to bad to complain about, this is a review after all. It was a Bob Evan's ... it is what you expect if you have been to one. I would go back.

I love coming to visit this Bob Evan's. Everything is always wonderful. But the manager Matt was very rude and didn't even acknowledge myself or anyone else standing at the door. The hostess was seating someone else at the time. The only people to even acknowledge me was two servers, Brittany and Halee. The service and food was great, but that manager needs some training

I frequent this unique place from time to time as I like the special atmosphere that is part of this restaurant. The crew is highly cordial and skilfull. The service is very efficient. Also, the food they cook is highly distinguished. I came more than once and I was always delighted. The price is fair. I highly recommend this place to all my friends.

Placed a pick up order 2 days ago. The country fried steak platter had half a scoop of potatoes, the seafood platters were not good. Short on shrimp and clams were full of sand. The mac and cheese was noodles with chunks of what appeared to be cheese, no cheese sauce and the cheesy bacon potato soup had no bacon. Worst experience I have ever had at bob Evan's. Only 2 employees in the store and the pick up orders were lined up on the counter not even in a warmer. No telling how long they sat there. I can't even leave feedback on the website.

Bob Evans is hit or miss this location every time you go seems to have all new staff so the experience depends on the cook and waitress you have. Sometimes the service is great, sometimes its really not. Sometimes the food is awesome and fresh. Other times you can for instance really look forward to the soup you love and when it's served cold like they just plopped it into the bowl from a can, it can be pretty disappointing. PS- please bring back the peanut butter brownies!!

This restaurant is very good but service is a tad bit slow. We’ve also noticed that it’s usually very cold in the restaurant but the staff is very nice. Another little complaint is that they have small cups which would be fine but sometimes the servers are a little slow and you might not have a drink for a few minutes. Besides that this restaurant is perfect. Nice staff and also good food. Would recommend and we plan to continue eating here!

I understand everyone is under stress and dealing with not so normal working situations but having an attitude is not called for. The one girl working was slamming phones around because they would not stop ringing. Kept saying loudly that she did not get paid enough. Then to top it off I get home to find that one of my kids meals was not in the bag, which I paid for. Of course I could not call because she took the phones off the hook. Not happy.😠
